I can’t say enough how positive an experience I have had here. Every member of the team who has been involved in my treatment from day one has been stellar. From what I thought was a routine check up turned into an extensive mix of treatments and procedures. But without going into too much detail everyone in the team had my back from the get-go! From Christina, from her all-round customer service, to walking me through my options regarding payment etc. She was both detailed and informative. Every time I walked in there for an appointment she was so welcoming and a pleasure to deal. She’s ace! Nehmie, who spent so much time and attention on my temp showed so much patience and understanding. She is an absolute pro, and she made sure everything looked just right every time I left. Even on the one occasion I had discomfort after leaving, she got me back in to rectify. She is a perfectionist and truly amazing at what she does, always putting you at ease. Finally Dr. Bailey, who without her exceptional guidance and quick thinking I would have been in real trouble. She is exactly what you need in a dentist, she is informative, sets expectations and is truly invested in helping you achieve the outcome you are looking for. I really am lucky to have found such an impassioned and talented dentist. She has made this whole experience an extremely positive one. Thanks to you all - you guys smashed it! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
